Voices
There are at least 3 million people in America. They all have voices. They all have opinions. Though only 146 million people are registered to vote. That is only 1/3rd of our country and only they can voice their opinions. 2/3rds of our county is eligible to vote, all they need to do is become registered. All over social media people are speaking their minds, but they aren't loud enough. We need people to speak louder. They need to be heard and noticed.
I may not have the best grammar. I know I can’t vote. I may be only 14 years old and all of you might be thinking 'This teenage girl is just any other kid thinking they know what’s good for America' and I don't know what bests for America, but I know what I want America to become. I am the next generation and I'm not going to sit by and watch it fall down to ashes. Well maybe not ashes but ya know, same thing.
You know what I want America to become? I want America to become a place where employees aren't under paid, education is changing over time, discrimination towards races and ethnicity ends, people aren't being sexist, no one’s giving labeling each other. There are 12.5% Hispanics in America, 12.3% African Americans in America, and 3.1% of Middle Eastern are in America. They came her for a reason. All these people from other places of the earth came her for a reason. They came for a better chance. They came for better jobs. For better education. They came because they thought America was a diverse country. They came for better chances.
Boy, must they be disappointed
We are still the same as we were in the 1900s. Discrimination, people being unemployed, education is still the same, girls are still being underestimated. Boys are still judged for trying to show their true passions.
Mark Twain once said, "If voting made a difference, they wouldn't let us do it." And so I started thinking. We are the generation that is trying to end smoking. We are the generation that made same sex marriages legal. We even made people believe in talking to a spirit with a paper and two #2 pencils. We are capable of anything. So why not be the generation that ends discrimination and unemployment.
There is only one way and that's if we make our voice heard. I can’t vote, but I know what my voice is capable of. So should you.
I have challenge for you guys. For the kids who want to make a difference but can’t because they're too young for voting. Go in Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or even Myspace, and let your voice be heard. For the people that are not registered to vote but could, go get yourself registered and have your vice be heard. And for those of you that are registered to vote and are capable of voting the I have one thing to tell you, VOTE.
We need a leader who is trustworthy. Who is smart. Who is understanding. Fair. Powerful. Kind. Openhearted. Brave. Outrages. Selfless. Strong. Independent. Someone who will and can listen to our voices.

I ask a series of questions to friends and classmates.
These were the results. (note i did not change any of the answer.)
These were the results. (note i did not change any of the answer.)
What do you think a Muslim is?
a Muslim is someone who prays five times a day and they trust in Allah. They know what right from wrong is. A Muslim reads the Quran, and they believe in peace. A Muslim is not someone who wishes acts of terror on ANYONE, a Muslim shows kindness towards others and Muslims give back to one another. that is what a Muslim is
I think a Muslim is a person with the Middle East, that has a certain religion.
Muslim is a religion
I think a Muslim is just another citizen from the Middle East
I believe a Muslim is just someone that belongs to a religious group but they are all individuals with their own personality just as others obviously.
What is Muslims importance?
a Muslim's importance is to pray 5 times a day like i said, learn/know how to read the Quran, and write it. That's basically a Muslim's importance
a Muslim's importance is to pray 5 times a day like i said, learn/know how to read the Quran, and write it. That's basically a Muslim's importance
They give us a perspective of the Middle East and what it's like over there, but they can also be normal people that go good things for the world.
In my opinion, I think that Muslims are regular people that take their religion seriously and embrace it kindly.
Importance is spreading their culture and like sticking to who they are. Idk how to really answer this question.
Do u think there behind all of this terrorism act?
I believe that certain Muslim groups are but not all, terrorism acts can be done by anyone.
Isis is insane and not all Muslims are like this
Absolutely not. (this might be the longest answer) Islam is the most peaceful religion. In the Quran is says that killing one person is like killing all of humanity, and that any muslim who kills either a Muslim or a non Muslim shall not be entered into paradise. For someone to have the audacity to blame one religion for someone else's acts is awful! Do they not know that most of the people that terrorists/terror groups kill ARE muslim? The terrorists that claim to be muslim aren't bc if they are then they should know not to kill people the way they do. and for that no, not all muslims are behind acts of terror
The terrorism is just from one Muslim group called Isis
I don't think all Muslims are behind terrorist acts, but it's possible that there are some. I don't think people should place the terrorist image on Muslims, at all.
The people behind the terrorist acts are Muslim but that does not mean all Muslims are like that. As I said before, they are all their own person with their own thoughts and feelings. Just because a few Muslims are radical does not mean they all are.
What rumors have you heard if Muslims that were good and bad?
I have heard that Muslims should be deported, that they are here to destroy the country, I've heard a lot.
I have heard that Muslims should be deported, that they are here to destroy the country, I've heard a lot.
a couple good rumors i heard about muslims is that during the flint water crisis they helped donate water to all the people in need, and another one i heard is that muslims made a circle around christians so they could pray and it was to protect them and bad rumors ive heard is basically all muslims are terrorists, we can't let muslims enter the country bc safety reasons, ( @ donald trump you don't see me blaming you and your people for the KKK ) a suspicious muslim man killed someone and he is a terrorist (but a white person shoots up a school and he has mental problems! [not to be racist]) and just basically dumb facts like that
oh yeah and all muslims are to blame for for 9/11
oh yeah and all muslims are to blame for for 9/11
I haven't heard of any rumors
I’ve never really heard any bad things about Muslims. I've never really knew a lot about Muslims until I became friends with some.
I've heard many ignorant rumors, the atypical ones like they're all terrorists and such. But i stated my opinion on this before.

Imagination vs. Knowledge
Blog #2
“Imagination is
more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we now
know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world, and
all there ever will be to know and understand.” - Albert Einstein
What is
imagination? Does it have limits? What is knowledge? Does knowledge have
a punch line? Albert Einstein once said that imagination is more
important than knowledge. Is that true? Lets start with Albert Einstein
and his history.
Albert
Einstein explained his theories and thought process in an amazing way.
Instead of just knowledge being the only thing running through his mind,
he let his imagination run wild. He included his knowledge because
knowledge without imagination is nothing, it's completely useless.
Think of it
in this way, if I were to ask you to draw a tree in a certain way
everyone would draw a tree a bit differently than the next person. You
will start to process the image in your brain, but my image is going to
be different from yours, because your mind has a different perspective
on trees than I do. I normally draw a tree with a hole in the tree trunk
for small mammals and birds to live in because that's how I imagined
what all trees looked liked (even though I’ve never seen a tree with a
trunk hole), but you might have imagined a tree perfectly green with a
natural brown trunk with no holes. It might be perfectly smooth almost
making it a non-natural tree. When in reality a tree always look like that.
Now what is
imagination in general? It's what you think and there is no boundary to
your thought process. Knowledge on the other hand has limits. Look at a
math problem for instance. You have a certain way of solving the
problem. Your limited. Though imagination doesn't win over knowledge.
I do believe
that imagination is more important than knowledge, because imagination
has no limit. Though that doesn't mean knowledge is not important,
because knowledge just shows us a certain way of doing things, not the
wrong way.
When I said
knowledge without imagination is useless, I meant it. There was no
source of knowledge in the earlier times. Knowledge was created by
imagination. How do you think shapes were created, how people learned to
swim, how things we have now, like the laptop or phone you're using to
read this. It was made from one single persons mind running wild from
imagination.
Now,
obviously it wasn’t just creative thinking that has created everything.
Everything did however start from imagination, but with the help
of knowledge, it evolved into what we have now. Although
knowledge is undeniably important, there would have been no advancement
without imagination. Imagination is key to innovation and creativity.
People tell
me to do things in a knowledgeable way and tell me to stop daydreaming.
They tell me I shouldn't imagine things in an absurd way and they tell
me to imagine them in the way they actually are, nothing more. They tell
me to stop imagining things because it's all fantasy and not true. Even
people like Benjamin Franklin have been told to stop daydreaming and
imagining things. Without his imagination, he wouldn’t have created
electricity. When Thomas Edison was a kid, his school sent a letter home
to his parents. It said that Edison had a disorder and that he couldn't
be taught at the school. His mother then became the one that taught him
and now he is one of the most famous scientists known. The board of
people at his school just judged him based off how much they thought
knowledge he had, or didn’t have in that case. They didn’t care for what
his imagination could do for the world. This shows how much of an
important role imagination can play.
But what if
we were in a situation where our imagination couldn't help us. We had to
save our selves from what we already knew. Then our imagination becomes
a bit useless. For an example, think about when you would take a test.
Your imagination can't just come up with the answers, it would take
time. That's the beauty of imagination, it just doesn't come to us, it
expands as we think more. During a test you are tested upon how
knowledgeable you are on the topic.
You
do however need knowledge to imagine things in depth. If you were born
looking at one single thing you’re all whole life, your brain would know
nothing but that specific thing, therefore you could not imagine
anything but that thing. You need knowledge of experience to be able to
imagine things. Your brain cannot imagine things it has never seen, it
can put pieces of what you have seen together but it will not imagine unknown.
I'm not
saying that knowledge is more important than imagination. Though I'm not
saying that imagination is more important than knowledge, even though
that's what Albert Einstein said. I'm saying they both come hand in hand
and have an equal balance in what we do and how we think.

My first blog
What do people usually write about on there first blog? Like I don't even know what song I want to listen to when I get in the bus. Or what I want to do with my hair I just don't know what to write about on my first blog? Well I should just tell you why I started a blog in the first place. Well one of the reasons was because my friends told me I could write a story because of the amour of things I write about. So I kinda took that for real even though I knew they were joking. At the time I loved to take pictures and draw and write. So my cousin the suggested that I should become a journalist so I took that for real also. And know she said that journals start blogs. So here I am starting a blog.
BAM!
BAM!
